Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and high achieving team for the Knaresborough & Rural Primary Care Network (PCN)., The role will support six practices in the Knaresborough & Rural PCN to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient systems for medicines and related care including repeat prescribing, medicines optimisation, reducing medicines waste and maximising patient outcomes.
Knaresborough & Rural PCN brings together six GP practices serving a diverse local community. Three of these - Beech House, Eastgate Medical, and Stockwell Road are based in Knaresborough. The network also includes Church Lane Surgery in Boroughbridge, Springbank Health in Green Hammerton, and Nidderdale Group Practice in Pateley Bridge. This role is employed in partnership with Yorkshire Health Network (YHN).YHN is the local federation for all 16 GP Practices across Harrogate and Rural areas, made up of fours PCNs. YHN and the PCNs work collaboratively to deliver a supportive structure which is focused on achieving the best results from a joint management and clinical delivery setup for the benefits of patients across the region.
