Full Job Description
Montu UK is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Team Lead to oversee pharmacy operations across weekday and weekend shifts. This fixed-term role will involve leading the team, coordinating daily priorities and ensuring safe, accurate patient care.
You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Operations to maintain high standards of care, compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role includes stock management, process improvements and staff coaching.
