Full Job Description
Are you considering a career change and eager to apply your skills in pharmacy? LPT is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Stores Assistant to join our fast-paced stores team. Experience in pharmacy or logistics is essential for this role, and well provide full training to support your success., To participate in the provision of stock and non-stock items to wards and departments including the provision of topping up and a range of medicines management duties.
To support the use of ward automation systems in the control of stock held at ward level.
To ensure that data entry into pharmacy computer systems is accurate and timely.
To process orders for medicines under the terms of the site Wholesale dealers license in accordance with relevant SOPs.
To carry out general stock management duties in all areas of the pharmacy including receipt of goods, transfers, stock counts, stock rotation and investigation of stock discrepancies when necessary.
To undertake relevant training as required.
