Introduction
Start your pharmacy career with a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship. Gain hands-on experience while completing 6 hours of online coursework each week.
About the Employer
Smethwick Pharmacy has been training apprentices for over 5 years in the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do
- Learning and carrying out dispensing and preparing prescriptions
- Manage prescription related queries
- Work with the team to carry out a variety of tasks within the pharmacy
- Have a patient facing role proving excellent service
- Carry out business tasks and development towards KPI
- Manage stock and deal with buying, storing and handling pharmacy medicines
- Manage prescription requests, receipts and queries
Training Outcome
- On completion of Level 2, you will have the option to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship to become a Pharmacy Technician
