Summary

Are you an innovative Pharmacy Manager seeking the opportunity to lead an award-winning healthcare team? Rowlands Pharmacy, part of Phoenix Medical Supplies, is in search of an experienced Pharmacy Manager with a proactive approach to service delivery in a community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team with a proactive and innovative approach.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.


• Embrace change and support the team with new business initiatives.


• Take ownership of the pharmacy business, ensuring a positive customer experience.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Previous management experience, ideally in a community pharmacy.


• MPharm degree or equivalent.


• GPhC registration upon the start date.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM


• One in four Saturdays required
