Pharmacy Manager

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the pharmacy department Ensure the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines throughout the hospital Lead, manage, and develop the pharmacy team, including performance management and staff development Oversee medicines management, procurement, stock control, and budgeting Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, hospital policies, and relevant legislation Support clinical governance, audits, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with consultants, clinicians, and senior management teams.
