Exciting opportunity for full time Pharmacy dispenser to join a fast paced and dynamic team at the Outpatient Pharmacy, University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire

The Pharmacy Dispenser plays a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality customer experience is maintained. Striving to deliver a safe, effective and caring service for patients and other service users whilst playing an active role in business development.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dispenser to join our dynamic and busy outpatient pharmacy team at UHCW Hospital. There may be a requirement to work weekends on a rotation basis as required to meet operational demand.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence their capacity to provide a sustained commitment to the long-term improvement and stability of the pharmacy service.

SWFT Clinical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT). The company provides a number of services such as outpatient pharmacy facilities at Warwick, Stratford, UHCW, Rugby St Cross and Nuneaton hospitals; estates and facilities management at Stratford hospital, Acorn House and Lillington Health Hub; private patient service and consultancy services to NHS Trusts.

Subject to the Company and individual's performance, an annual discretionary bonus will be awarded.

There is automatic enrolment to the Company pension scheme, with the Company contributing 5%.
