IntraHealth are recruiting a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our Pharmacy at Chilton. This position will requires candidates to have their own transport as travel between each of the Pharmacies may be required if and when necessary., To work as a Community Pharmacy Dispenser, to provide an efficient and safe pharmaceutical service.

To provide advice and support to patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patients care.

To act under the direction of the pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.

To assist in the delivery of all Essential, advanced and essential services within the Community Pharmacy.

To assist in the delivery of all Local services offered by the pharmacy, which have been commission by the PCT (or successor organisations)

To maintain appropriate stock levels of all items in the pharmacy.

To comply with all legal and NHS requirements including record keeping

The successful candidate will be an exceptional team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who is enthusiastic and committed to join our Pharmacy group. Ideally, applicants will have previous experience in working within a pharmacy as a dispensing assistant.

We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We operate NHS services across the Northeast, Northwest and Yorkshire.
