Position Details

Day Lewis Pharmacy Isle Of Wight relief role. Open to applicants able to work between 24 - 40 hours per week. Pay is competitive based on experience.

This position is for a trained dispenser able to travel across 7 different Day Lewis pharmacies on the island. It is a permanent contracted position, but the location will change from week to week depending on which pharmacy needs the cover. You must have your own transport for this position. Fuel is reimbursed at 55p per mile (tax free), and all parking is also covered.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser


• NVQ2 qualification in pharmacy (essential)


• Ability to travel between multiple pharmacies


• Strong customer service and team working skills


• Supportive of pharmacy development and patient relations

Role Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Pharmacist Manager


• Support the team in providing advanced and enhanced services


• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business


• Ensure dispensary operates effectively according to company policies


• Assist on the front counter, welcoming and supporting patients


• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organizations


• Be an integral part of a small, hardworking team
