Summary
Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship - ASHBY DE LA ZOUCH
- Gain experience in retail
- Learn about over-the-counter medicines
- Assist in dispensing prescription medicines
- Order pharmaceutical stock
- Advise customers on over-the-counter medication
- Assist with minor ailments
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic applicant with previous a large amount of retail experience.

We are looking for somebody within 20 minutes of the pharmacy. If you are able to drive, please make this clear on your CV.
Working Week
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (may include some weekends)
Qualifications Required
GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
Future Prospects
This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.
