Expectations of the Role

• The ideal candidate will have:


• Demonstrate a high level of devotion to the community pharmacy profession and actively contribute to the growth and development of the branch.


• Effectively manage and be responsible for day to day operations of the branch including dispensing, accuracy checking and delivery of clinical services.


• Build and maintain successful working partnerships with colleagues, patients, GP practices and other healthcare professionals.


• Lead a professional and productive pharmacy team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous progress.


• Maintain company performance indicators on an ongoing basis, staff and maintain the highest level of patient safety and care.


• Mentoring, guiding and developing the abilities of team members to prepare them for future jobs.

Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will have:


• Demonstrated leadership skills


• Good communication and organising skills

This is a full-time position backed by an experienced and long-standing staff. Salary compensation will be in line with the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
