As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties that support patient care and safety. Your main focus will be on the accurate dispensing of medication, providing information and guidance to patients and healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Every detail matters, and your thoroughness will play a key role in the success of our pharmacy services. The position is temporary and will be available for a limited period, starting on 21st November 2026 and concluding on the same day. Your shift will run from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM, allowing ample time to engage with patients and provide high-quality service within a concentrated timeframe. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all guidelines.
- Provide valuable advice and medication information to both patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and make necessary recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring every interaction and prescription is documented appropriately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimise patient outcomes and the quality of care provided.
