Pharmacist

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Store Based Pharmacist to join our team in the Boots Online Prescription Service store, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference to our customers' and patients' lives. This Pharmacist position is in a great location as it is based in Leicester city centre. The store fulfils online prescription orders for patients nationally which are delivered to patients via postal service., This Pharmacist position will provide you with a great opportunity to develop your skills as a pharmacist and career prospects with Boots. This opportunity is to work 40 hours per week alongside our amazing Pharmacy team already in store. The store is open from 7:00-20:00 Monday-Saturday and 9:00-15:00 Sunday and so various shifts are available. In this role, you'll use your clinical expertise every day, surrounded by a brilliant team and tools.,

• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
• Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
  
  Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

• Experience in enhanced services
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks
