An excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed, adaptable individual with an interest in working in Pharmacy Aseptics.

The successful applicant will become part of a busy team working within our licensed aseptic unit at Singleton Hospital offering a high quality service to our Health Board patients. The aseptic unit provides a wide range of injectable medicines in a ready to use form including cytotoxic chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody therapies, parenteral nutrition and clinical trials medicines., The work will include cleaning, monitoring & maintenance of equipment & facilities, stock management of medicines & consumables, assembly of batches & orders and the aseptic preparation & dispensing of medicines.Previous pharmacy experience is recommended. Applicants will be expected to undergo training and successfully achieve NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services following appointment.
