Full Job Description
Oxleas are currently undergoing a break clause within our Bexley PFI contract, in order to ensure a smooth transition, value for money and well maintained buildings, the post holder as part of the Facilities Management team, will support the monitoring and auditing of Hard Facilities Management services delivered under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract across the Oxleas PFI Estate. The candidate will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders across the PFI contract and trust buildings. There is an expectation to influence the outcomes of monitoring, as well as any workshops regarding contract understanding. When the post holder is not performing monitoring duties, they will be expected to support the wider facilities function and in particular cover resource at Queen Mary's Hospital site.,
- Monitor / audit the Hard FM performance of all Bexley PFI properties
- Manage / Facilitate rectification works across the Bexley PFI portfolio
- Utilise CAFM systems to inform the auditing process
- Influence the outcomes of workshops and contractual meetings relating to the PFI agreement
- Support the wider Facilities Management function of the trust
- Perform small moves across the trust portfolio
- Cover the Facilities function at Queen Mary's Hospital when required
