Full Job Description

Arcus FM in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Pest Escalation Specialist to join on a permanent basis. You will provide expert technical support on pest-related issues, review client processes, and drive root-cause analysis to accelerate resolutions.

Reporting to the National Pest Control Manager, you will attend escalation meetings and audits, and be prepared to travel UK-wide. Essential BPCA Level 3, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work out of hours are required.
