We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.
This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.
You'll work closely with partners across housing, homelessness, health, criminal justice and the voluntary sector to ensure the fund is delivering real impact. By analysing performance data, identifying emerging needs and providing strategic insight, you'll help shape service improvements, strengthen partnership working and support better outcomes for Birmingham residents.
This is a varied role combining performance management, partnership development, data analysis and strategic coordination. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards, monitor outcomes and provide the intelligence needed to inform operational management, commissioning and future service development., As part of our commitment to positive action, we take proactive steps, where needed, to address underrepresentation and create fair opportunities, particularly in recruitment. We're looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent relationship-building abilities. You'll have experience of:
· Performance monitoring, reporting and data analysis.
· Turning data and insight into practical service improvements.
· Building productive partnerships across organisations.
· Producing clear reports and presenting information to a range of audiences.
· Managing competing priorities and working independently.
· Experience of working with homelessness, housing or vulnerable adults' services.
An understanding of homelessness, housing, multiple disadvantage or related public, voluntary or community services would be an advantage.
