Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and supportive Personal Support Worker to assist a 40-year-old

female with autism and osteoporosis who lives independently in her own home.

The role will primarily involve providing practical support with shopping and household tasks, helping

her to maintain her home and continue living independently.

Main duties

Supporting with weekly shopping and errands.

Helping with general household tasks and keeping the home clean and tidy.

Assisting with organising and completing day-to-day tasks.

Providing friendly companionship and encouragement where appropriate.

Supporting the individual to maintain her independence and choice within her own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to make a positive

difference by supporting an individual to live independently in her own home.
