Full Job Description
A Personal Support Assistant is required to support a lady who has limited mobility due to lower back surgery for 10 hours per week.
The lady uses a stick or trolley in the home and now has an electric wheelchair when she is out and about. Living in the home she has 2 adult sons and a daughter, however, the sons are in full time work and the daughter is about to start higher education. The lady requires help with showering, food preparation, general household duties, shopping and companionship as she often feels isolated which affects her mental health/anxiety, she falls regularly due to her balance and stability which makes her less confident doing basic day to day living.
The hours/days are flexible and to be split over days of the week (to be mutually agreed at interview level)
