Personal Injury Solicitor / Fee Earner - Cycling Team

Working closely with Bond Turner, CAMS provides a consistent flow of high-quality cycling instructions, ensuring injured cyclists receive comprehensive support from first contact through to settlement. For solicitors and fee earners in the cycling team, this means meaningful work, clear case progression, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in representing vulnerable road users. About the Role You will join an established, supportive team with strong technical knowledge and a reputation for excellence. The work is varied, interesting and often complex, with a clear focus on representing cyclists and other vulnerable road users involved in road traffic collisions. You'll manage your own caseload, develop specialist knowledge, and contribute to a team that is recognised for its commitment to road justice and client care. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, primarily RTC-focused.
• Progress files from instruction through to settlement, ensuring high standards of accuracy and client service.
• Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare clear, well-structured documentation.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members on more complex or high-value matters.

  A genuine interest in cycling, road justice and supporting vulnerable road users.
• Experience in personal injury litigation, or transferable legal experience with a strong interest in developing expertise in this niche.
• NQ-3 years' PQE welcomed, as well as experienced PI fee earners.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively within a team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PI litigator or a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise in a niche, fast-growing area of law.
