I have vacancies for enthusiastic, inexperienced or experienced Carers/ P.A.'s to help me to remain independent in my own home. The job will be mainly care work, housework including laundry, tidying and personal care. The job will be challenging and frustrating, interesting and varied, but hopefully, rewarding and satisfying., Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Sensitive to the fact that they will be working at the employer's home: be aware of other family members and to minimise interruption to them treat employer's home and belongings with care and respect be wary and sensitive to the family's routines, procedures and practices personal to them
- Previous experience is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach is to the role; the employee's potential, personal qualities.
- Approach and attitude is more important than experience.
