Full Job Description

organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Medical Director across St Michaels Hospice, Hastings and Rother and St Wilfrids Hospice, Eastbourne. This is a key role that provides high-level administrative support to coordinate the Medical Directors priorities, stakeholder relationships and day-to-day activities across both organisations and with key external partners. Working across two hospices, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Medical Director navigate differing organisational structures, governance processes, systems and ways of working. You will build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, coordinate activity across a complex network of stakeholders and ensure information, actions and priorities are managed effectively. Youll bring significant experience in a PA or senior administrative support role, with excellent Microsoft 365 skills, strong written communication and the, ability to manage complex diaries, inboxes and meeting

arrangements, You will be confident handling sensitive information, working across organisational boundaries and supporting the delivery of high-quality documentation and meeting processes. If youre a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and coordination to complex environments, wed love to hear from you.
