Full Job Description
We are looking for a part-time PA to Leadership Team Members to join us on 1 September 2026 on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a highly organised person to provide administrative support to our Leadership Team. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. The successful candidate will have a positive, flexible approach and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
HOURS: 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, flexible hours to be agreed), term-time only, plus 5 training days pro rata.
SALARY: £28142.00 - £30024.00 gross pa (£14.59 - £15.56 per hour), pro rata for term-time. Starting salary equates to £9780.39 gross pa. Pay review pending.
St Bart's is a leading academy school (1938 on roll with a Sixth Form of 586) in West Berkshire. Road links are good as we are close to the A34 and M4, as well as excellent public transport and within walking distance of Newbury train station.
