Full Job Description
The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative and logistical support to the Director of Quality & Director of Safety ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of these portfolios within the Nursing Directorate., Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, personal assistant and logistical support to the Director for Quality and Director of Safety. Facilitating effective communication and managing various operational tasks. This will involve prioritising and organising the day-to-day workload while maintaining confidentiality of information across the full range of duties involved.
Key responsibilities include management of diaries and scheduling, correspondence screening and management, meeting coordination and associated and documentation, confidentiality and information management, team support, induction support, oversight of trackers and other relevant tasks relating to the post.
