Full Job Description

A gentleman aged 55, living in the Solihull B91 area, is looking for a reliable, caring and flexible Personal Assistant / Support Worker to provide one-to-one support in his own home and within the local community. The role would suit someone who is patient, respectful, dependable and able to work independently while following the gentleman's preferences and daily routines. Hours and pay

  • Morning support: 8:30am to 9:30am, seven days a week.
  • Evening support: 5:30pm to 6:30pm, support with dinner.
  • Approximately four hours 2 days a week for light house work in total and social activities
    • flexibility required to meet the gentleman's needs.
  • Rate of pay: £13.47 per hour.
    • Main duties
  • Provide friendly, respectful one-to-one support and supervision.
  • Assist with daily routines and promote independence where possible.
  • Provide supervision and assistance with personal care.
  • Support with meal preparation and dinner routines.
  • Carry out light household duties as required.
  • Support social activities and access to the local community.

    Enhanced DBS check required; this will be paid for by the client.
