Full Job Description

I am a lady living in Rhos in sea and I have a physical disability and use a wheelchair - I do not require assistance to get in or out of it. I am looking for someone to support me within my home and support me in attending appointments and with daily tasks in and outside the home. Duties will include attending appointments, assisting with personal needs, as well as some household duties. A full clean driving license is essential.

  • Undertake any further training if required. The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references. We are not able to offer sponsorship so proof of Right to Work in the UK is essential.
