Rate: £13.21 per hour if directly employed or £17.00 per hour if self-employed

Hours: 10.5 hours per week - either 1.5 hours a day or to be used flexibly to allow access to culturally appropriate services such as on a Saturday

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 11th July 2025

Could you provide daily support to a Polish-speaking individual who lives in the Sapcote area?

Role Requirements

You will be required to provide support with:

  • completing personal care (four times a week)
  • meal prep
  • medication prompts
  • accessing community services

You must be able to speak Polish and have your own vehicle and a full clean driving licence. 30 miles at 45p a mile will be paid by the client for travel.

The client enjoys cultural community services, conversation, and working with wood to create things like cars and boats. They have been diagnosed with the early stages of dementia.

This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, positive, proactive, and multi-lingual. Genuine applicants only please.

The role is subject to interview, references and a DBS check (paid for by the funding authority if you don't already have a certificate).
