Full Job Description
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines, including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Offer mobility support, including safe use of a hoist and assisting with transfers to/from wheelchair
- Support with meals and feeding, if required
- Facilitate engagement in creative and recreational activities, both at home and during community outings
- Encourage participation in therapeutic exercises as prescribed by her physiotherapist and private movement coach
- Accompany to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and occasional social outings (shopping, events, etc.)
- Foster a nurturing, respectful, and age-appropriate environment
