Summary
About the Direct Payment Holder
L is a 35 year old male with a diagnosis of Autism & learning disability. He has limited communication & understanding of spoken word but is fun to be with, he is good company but also enjoys his own company and being quiet. He enjoys a variety of activities including banger racing, charity shops, the gym (sometimes), bowling, car boot sales and lots more.
L is very able but needs encouragement to try different things.
Hours and rate of pay
Hours: 8-10 hours per week, can be flexible - Friday, weekends or any evening during the week. Paid at £12.71 per hour. Extra hours for respite/overnight support are available.
