I is a happy 4-year-old girl, she has a diagnosis of ASD, PICA, social communication and learning delay. I is pre-verbal; she speaks occasional words and uses hand leading to communicate her needs.

I can become dysregulated, usually due to frustration, and can harm herself by biting or pinching.

I's favourite things are listening to nursery rhymes, being outside bouncing, spinning and jumping, and going to the park. She is very energetic.

Hours and rate of pay

• 12 hours to be used in school holidays paid at £13 per hour


• There is an opportunity for more hours for the right person

What you would be doing…

Supporting I to experience new things as well as what she already enjoys, which, in turn, it is hoped will improve her communication skills. You will be a trusted adult for I to have fun with, aside from her mum and dad.
