Personal Assistant - KKNTH

We are looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to provide 2:1 support for an 11-year-old boy with Autism. This rewarding role involves supporting him to enjoy community, leisure, and social activities while developing confidence, independence, and life skills.

Main duties include:

Supporting access to community and leisure activities

Encouraging social interaction and communication

Developing social and life skills

Providing personal care when required

Responding calmly and positively to changes in behaviour

Working as part of an experienced support team to meet his needs effectively.

Experience of supporting children or young people with Autism and/or additional needs

A patient, understanding, and positive approach, confidence in managing and responding appropriately to behavioural changes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
