About the role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting a much-loved child both at home and out in the community. Your role will be to help create a calm, safe, and reassuring environment where they feel comfortable and understood. You will also support engagement in activities they enjoy, following their lead and encouraging their interests at their own pace. Building trust and a positive relationship will be a key part of the role, as well as working closely with the family to ensure consistency and understanding
in all aspects of care.
