Full Job Description
- Fostering independence, and facilitating community access. (coffee trips, shopping, outings).
- Assisting with wheelchair access in the community.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Keeping client's bedroom clean and tidy.
- Maintaining laundry and clothing care.
- Providing companionship and positive engagement.
Ideally have experience supporting adults with additional needs - Confidence supporting wheelchair users
- Is comfortable with personal care
- Is patient, respectful and has a good sense of humour
- Reliability and a caring nature are essential Qualifications required Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
- Working Days: 3 days per week, 9:00am-3:00pm (18 hours)
- (Over Monday - Friday).
- Will be out in the community most of the time, days out park, lunch, zoo, creative actives, History etc)
