Full Job Description
An opportunity is available for a reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a lady in receipt of Direct Payments. The role involves providing personal care and sometimes practical support to enable her to access social and community activities and maintain an active lifestyle; this element would be mainly to cover annual leave, when other staff are off. Main Duties
- Support the employer with her personal care; including washing, showering, dressing etc.
- Accompanying the employer on trips out in the local community and providing companionship, whilst covering holiday hours.
- Encouraging independence whilst providing support when required.
