Personal Assistant

We're looking for a warm, friendly and patient person to spend time with a gentleman in his 90s and help make his days enjoyable, interesting and meaningful. This is a people-focused role, not a list of tasks. It's about getting to know him, building a genuine connection and supporting him to enjoy the things he loves - whether that's pottering in the garden, preparing something simple in the kitchen, chatting about life, looking through photographs or sharing memories. You'll help him feel confident, comfortable and valued, while giving his wife some well-deserved regular respite. What you'll do

• Provide friendly companionship and plenty of conversation.
• Get to know his interests, personality, routines and preferences.
• Encourage activities he enjoys, always at his own pace.
• Offer reassurance and patience if he feels anxious or uncertain.
• Support his independence, dignity and choices.
• Work closely and positively with his family.
