Personal Assistant

A family in Borth is looking for a reliable and caring replacement carer / Personal Assistant to support a lady in her home and out in the community. The role is to help her socialise, remain as independent as possible, and receive practical support with daily living tasks. Main Duties

• Support the lady to socialise and access the local community.
• Provide companionship and encouragement during the agreed support hours.
• Assist with preparing or supporting her to have food and drinks, as needed.
• Provide appropriate support to use the bathroom, while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.
• Take a person-centred approach and follow the family's guidance on routines, preferences, and any agreed care needs.
