Full Job Description

To provide a comprehensive secretarial/administrative service to the General Manager and Clinical Lead.

To support the management of general manager diaries, monitoring emails and ensuring any non-essential meetings are coded correctly and emails that can be responded to, are., To provide an administrative support service to the General Manager/Clinical Lead, resolving day -to-day problems independently.

To professionally support the development of less experienced staff.

To act as a key contact point for the Mental Health Division, providing information and advice as appropriate.

To play a key role in supporting key Trust priorities, including robust management of CIP documentation and audit processes.

To support the implementation of agreed projects/developments.

To act as a point of contact when required to collate divisional information for trust reporting.
