Full Job Description
We are looking for a kind, patient, reliable and understanding Personal Assistant to support a 23-year-old male, who is autistic, has a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile, and has learning difficulties.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys spending time with others, having conversations, playing games and building a genuine, trusting relationship.
The main purpose of the role is to provide company and social support in the home.
