To support me out in the community to engage in fun and meaningful activity. Ensuring my safety at all times.
- Fun and friendly
- Willing to join in the activity with me
- Someone who can encourage me
- Someone who is trustworthy and I can build a bond with
- Basic understanding of ASD would be required and knowledge of basic ASD strategies to support me would be beneficial
- Someone who is okay around dogs when at our home
- Essential you're a car owner/driver who is willing to use your own car to take me on outings. (A suitable car seat will be provided)

This position is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS Disclosure (Police Check), which must be completed prior to the commencement of employment. The cost of this check will be covered by the Local Authority. All necessary checks will be conducted to verify that any candidate has the legal right to work in the UK before employment begins. Although this is a part-time role, it is a legitimate position requiring the submission of a National Insurance number. Employment will commence under an initial trial period. Wages will be paid on a four-weekly basis and appropriate holiday pay will be provided.
