Full Job Description
I'm an autistic 47-year-old woman living in Mountain Ash. I come across as very responsible and mature for my age. For example, I'm well-organised, live by routine, have an exceptional memory, know what I want (I have a very strong opinion), enjoys the finer things in life and am very loyal to people I love and know.
The contradiction is that I'm childlike in other aspects, for example, if I don't get my own way or feel that you're being unkind I can become emotional and start crying. I'm sensitive to how people engage with me, I don't like being teased or told no.
During the week I work 2 days in a hospital canteen, enjoy a day out with my mother who I live with and I do a lot of shopping. That will be your main role, to take me shopping. We could spend up to an hour browsing clothes but I'll only buy a few items.
I enjoy bowling and listening to music which is a big part of my life. I have over 250 CDs of 70, 80 and 90s music. I also like travelling and walking long distances.
