Personal Assistant required to support a young girl in the Arlecdon area, Frizington.

We are now looking for a warm, caring, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a wonderful young girl with severe disabilities and epilepsy. About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to her individual needs. You'll support her with daily routines, personal care, play, outings, and activities, helping her to access opportunities and enjoy life to the fullest. You will also receive training to confidently support her medical needs, including epilepsy care.
Warm, kind, patient, and compassionate.
Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible.
Calm and confident in supporting a child with complex needs.
Able to build a positive relationship with both the child and her family.
Willing to learn and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Someone with a clean driving license is essential.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience supporting children, individuals with disabilities, or people with medical conditions such as epilepsy would be an advantage., Essential:
Full Driving Licence
Enhanced DBS (Funded by Employer)
Desirable:
Experience supporting vulnerable children (full training provided)
Experience with supporting someone with Epilepsy
Flexible hours. Up to 20 hours a week available.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
