Personal Assistant

Flexibility: While the role is contracted for 6 hours per week, flexibility is required to accommodate occasional changes in support needs and appointments. About Me I live in Llanybydder on a working farm surrounded by horses, two dogs and a cat. I am a wheelchair user when I go out of the home. I follow a vegan lifestyle and enjoy spending time with family, gardening, and social interaction. I am looking for a reliable, friendly and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide companionship and support me to maintain my independence and wellbeing. Main Duties The successful applicant will provide support with:

• Companionship and conversation.
• Attending appointments, including occasional trips to Swansea.
• Supporting visits to see family members.
• Encouraging and motivating me to participate in gardening and other enjoyable activities.
• Assisting me to access the community and maintain social connections.
• Supporting me with my basic day-to-day needs.
• Offering emotional support and encouraging independence where appropriate.
  
  Hours: 6 hours per week (2 visits of 3 hours each)
Rate of Pay: £15.00 per hour.
