Summary

I am a 60-year-old gentleman living in Tilbury, Thurrock. I am looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support me for 5 hours per week. I experience anxiety, which can make it difficult for me to go out independently, particularly when attending shops and completing everyday tasks including paperwork. I am looking for someone who is understanding, patient and professional, and who can provide reassurance and support when accompanying me in the community. Having someone alongside me helps me feel more confident and able to manage my day-to-day life.

Hours and Rate of Pay

DBS/Checks

Confirmation of a DBS check, right to work in the UK, and satisfactory references will be required.

What You Would Be Doing...

Your role will involve supporting me both at home and in the community, including accompanying me on shopping trips for groceries and everyday essentials, assisting with topping up electricity, providing reassurance and support when out and about, helping me maintain my independence, and carrying out light household tasks where time allows. My main priority is having someone who can accompany me to the shops, as I struggle to do this on my own due to anxiety.
