A young woman living in Braunstone requires support with accessing the community and domestic tasks. Preferably on a Tuesday and Wednesday., Providing personal and practical support as required
Assisting with social and community activities
Supporting with appointments and outings
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light household tasks where appropriate
