Summary
Personal Assistant to support a lady in her 30s who has Down Syndrome and Type 1 Diabetes in Pontyclun. Support at home and to access the local community. Up to 6.5 hours per week. £13.50 per hour. Experienced and trained in supporting someone with an insulin pump and Type 1 diabetes. A car owner/driver willing to use their own vehicle for work-related journeys.
