Full Job Description
Personal Assistant required to support a lady with visual impairment in the BB1 area of Blackburn to access local community services, for holiday and sickness cover when required, variable hours Monday to Sunday.
To drive, accompany and assist where necessary when attending events in the community. Support required to safely get to and from the shops, support to navigate around the shops and help reading what is on the shelves/aisles, paying using change/notes.
We are looking for a kind and caring individual who will possess initiative, show dignity, respect, and most importantly have a positive attitude.
The rate of pay will be £13.48 per hour
If you are successful, you will need an enhanced DBS check which will be paid for.
