Do you enjoy creating structure, staying one step ahead, and enabling senior leaders to perform at their best? If so, this Personal Assistant role at Cineworld could be a great fit. You†ll provide proactive, high-level support to the Vice President of International Revenue Management, building a strong understanding of strategic priorities, key deadlines, and business objectives. Alongside managing a complex diary and coordinating travel, you†ll anticipate needs, align schedules to wider priorities, and help keep key initiatives on track. You will also support the Vice President of International Marketing, leading on diary and travel management, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activity. On occasion there could be support required for other leaders in the business and priorities may shift week to week so adaptability and sound judgement will be key. Acting as a central point of coordination, you†ll bring clarity, organisation and forward planning to a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic delivery.,

  • Proactively support the Vice Presidents by managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules, while maintaining a strong understanding of strategic priorities and deadlines.Â
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including planning itineraries, arranging visas, and managing logistics. This will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align schedules and organise meetings, conferences, and events.Â
  • Manage documentation and communications, including drafting, formatting, proofreading, and distributing correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.Â
  • Oversee finance and procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment of suppliers.Â
  • Act as a key liaison between the Vice Presidents and other departments to gather information and support the preparation of reports and presentations.Â

    You have experience proactively supporting multiple senior leaders with ideally 2+years at Director or VP level in a fast-paced head office environment. With confidence managing complex diaries and multiple priorities.Â
  • You consistently demonstrate initiative, remain organised under pressure and take a solutions-focused approach to your work. Â
  • You are skilled at building strong working relationships with multiple teams and can adapt your support style to each leader†s requirements with excellent communication and organisation.Â
  • You are experienced with coordinating travel and managing expenses, with experience using a dedicated tool such as SAP Concur being highly desirable. Â
  • You have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), with the ability to draft and produce high-quality documents and presentations.Â
