Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team to support the Therapy Senior Leadership Team on a 1 year fixed term contract. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. You will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the leadership team, ensuring effective coordination, communication and administration. Visa Sponsorship:This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract. Main duties of the job
- Organising and coordinating Therapy meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and maintaining action logs.
- Managing diaries for members of the senior leadership team.
- Supporting the organisation of training sessions and workshops.
- Maintaining and updating team webpages.
- Providing SharePoint support across Therapy teams.
- Assisting with the coordination and administration of income generation initiative., The core role for the post holder will be to provide a comprehensive, administration support to the Head of Therapies and Heads of Service in Therapy Directorate. The role requires a high level of personal organisation and prioritisation to enable a flexible and responsive approach to the needs of the service. - Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
- RSA II or equivalent. Desirable
- Professional Secretarial Diploma/qulaification Experience Essential
- Experience working in a Personal Assistant role.
- Experience organising and delivering events.
- Experience working in a busy office environment. Desirable
- Experience working within a large organisation
- Experience working in an NHS or private hospital setting., Good time management skills, able to work to strict guidelines
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Word and Excel
- Self-starter, ability to plan own workload, well organised, motivated, work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and precisely Person Specification Qualifications Essential
