Due to work commitments one or 2 days a week the call time can change, but will have a rota in advance to arrange with PA.
Tasks/duties
- PA to support in the mornings with showering, getting ready and dressed.
- If you're able to drive a manual WAV. That would be fantastic.

Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
Moving and handling
Moving and handling - uses wheelchair, some support with transfers will be needed.
What do you enjoy doing
Chris enjoys doing digital art on his computer, he enjoys listening to rock/metal music and going to gigs and festivals with his friends/girlfriend.

Driving license required
