Summary
Preferred days/times: AM support Mon- Sunday - 60mins aday
Tasks/duties: PA to support in the mornings with showering, getting ready and dressed. If you're able to drive a manual WAV. That would be fantastic.
Main diagnosis- Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
Moving and handling - Uses wheelchair, some support with transfers will be needed.
What do you enjoy doing: Enjoys doing digital art on his computer, he enjoys listening to rock/metal music and going to gigs and festivals with his friends/girlfriend.
Pets: Friendly parrot
Driving license required: Yes- If you're able to drive a manual WAV. That would be fantastic.
